One Family LLC, a limited liability company (“Company” or “We”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we want to collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our website, https://www.atonesong.com/ (the “Website”), and/or our mobile application, @ONE Song App (the “Application”), (the Website and Application collectively referred to hereafter as the “Services”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information. 

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding the collection of your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy below). Your continued use of the Services after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check this Privacy Policy periodically for updates.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third party websites and applications you may use, including any that are linked to the Services. You should review the terms and policies for third party websites and applications before clicking on any links.

Nevada Residents

Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request to info@at-one.org or One Family, LLC, 605 East Orange Street, Lakeland, Florida 33801. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.


Information We Collect and How We Collect It

When you use the Services, we collect a variety of information from and about you, your devices, and your interaction with the Services, including information we collect when you access the Services; when you email, text, or send and receive other electronic messages through the Services; when you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party websites and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this Privacy Policy. We collect this information directly from you when you provide it to us and automatically when you use the Services. The information we collect is discussed more particularly below: 

Information you Provide to Us

When you use the Services by accessing the Website or downloading the Application, we may ask you to provide personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, biometric authentication data (e.g. facial scanning or thumbprint imaging). 


When you access and use the Services, we may use technology to automatically collect:

  • Usage Details. When you access and use the Services, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the Services, including location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the Services.

However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of the Services. We do not collect personal information automatically, but we may tie this information to personal information about you that we collect from other sources or you provide to us.

This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction. This also includes disclosures as may be required under applicable federal laws of the United States of America or state laws of Florida or compelled by a valid order issued by a court or governmental agency of competent jurisdiction. 


Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information


We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

  • Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. To learn how you can manage your Flash cookie settings, visit the Flash player settings page on Adobe’s website. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of the Services may then be inaccessible or not function properly.


  • Location Information. You can choose whether to allow the Services to collect and use real-time information about your mobile device’s or computer’s location. If you block the use of location information, some parts of the Services may then be inaccessible or not function properly. 

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (”NAI”) on the NAI’s website.


How We Protect Your Information 


We take commercially reasonable measures to protect and secure your information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. We apply physical, electronic, and managerial tools based on the sensitivity of the information we collect, use, and store, and the current state of technology. Although we take steps to prevent unauthorized access to or use of personal information, the Internet and the Services are not 100% secure. For this reason, we are not able to guarantee that information we collect or store will always be protected from unauthorized access, or that it will only be used as described in this Privacy Policy. 


Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of the Services, you are responsible for keeping that password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. You acknowledge that you have implemented reasonable security measures to protect your confidential information and to avoid unauthorized access to or use of the Services. We shall have no liability for any losses caused by unauthorized access to any of your confidential information if we believe in good faith that you are the party accessing and using the Services. 


You agree to indemnify Company in accordance with the indemnification provision set forth in the Website’s Terms of Use http://www.atonesong.com/terms, which is incorporated herein by reference. 


Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information


You can review, change and delete your personal information by logging into the Application or the Website and visiting your account profile page. We will take commercially reasonable measures to dispose, or arrange for the disposal, of your records containing personal information in our custody or control within a reasonable time after you have elected to delete or remove any personal information from your account. 


Changes to Our Privacy Policy 


We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at our discretion and at any time. It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your account or through a notice on the Website home page. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our Website and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
